the twin room was spacious. beds were comfy and pillows were good too. i enjoyed sitting on the bay window seat. it allowed admiring the local surrounds and the city view.

Rooms are fine.. the welcome gift wasn't informed on the choice. The front desk insisted that i was informed. the hotel refused to compensate but offered meals instead.

i loved how close i was to petaling street market! the location is amazing (seriously, you're right in the heart of everything!). staff were super cute and always ready to help with any request. my room faced the city and it was massive!

the parking was a bit tight! it can be tricky to navigate if you have a larger vehicle.

breakfast offers such a nice range! i spotted some local flavors which was awesome (the nasi lemak was especially yummy!). there's plenty to explore and try, setting you up for a great day.

The hotel location was perfect I could easily walk to many sights and great food in Chinatown. Public transport was also close it allowed easy visits to the Petronas Towers. The bar and pool area were amazing spots for relaxation after sightseeing I loved the views from the pool.

I had a slight issue with parking because it was narrow it could be better to bring a small car. The parking layout felt a bit dangerous it uses the same direction for both entry and exit. The hotel lobby wasn't on the ground floor but on Level 7 this was a little unusual.

the view from my premier king room was amazing. i could see so much of the city. the bed was so comfy, i slept so well each night. the staff was friendly too, always smiling and ready to help.

also, the parking was narrow. i think, its better if you come here with a small car. the pool was small too, i didn't get to swim.
